RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

We want you to be 100% delighted with your Watson Bros Shop purchase. You can let us know you want to return an item up to 14 days from the day your order is placed. We require that you contact us via email or telephone regarding the return with the order number. Please let us know if your order did not reach you in satisfactory condition. Please note that new and unused items cannot be returned if they have been damaged.

RETURN POSTAGE POLICY

LOST PARCEL POLICY

You will be compensated a maximum of £50 per lost parcel, at our discretion.

If you are returning more than one order, please ensure each order (not item) is packed separately, with individual postage for each order, this ensures you can claim maximum compensation for each parcel if it were to go missing.
Your return will ordinarily be completed within 14 working days of your goods being collected (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though we endeavour to complete the return as soon as possible. Returns may take longer to process during busier times such as Christmas or Bank Holidays.

TO CANCEL YOUR ODER

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you’ve paid for shipping.

  • The fourteen calendar days starts from the day after you receive your order. If you’re returning your whole order and you’ve paid for delivery we’ll refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country even if you’ve used one of our quicker delivery options. For example, if you pay £6.95 for a Next Day Delivery service but the cost of Standard Delivery is £3.95 then we will refund you £3.95. The extra £3 is not covered under these regulations. If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.
  • We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to get in touch using any of our available contact options to let us know you’d like to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • If you have already received your order, you will need to return to us the items from your order that you wish to cancel. Once you let us know you’d like to cancel we receive your completed Withdrawal Form, we will write and let you know how to do this. The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.

We try hard to accept all returns. Returns to us do not need be sent back to us in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you. However it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won’t be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please send any returns to the above address. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

RETURNS PROCESSING

Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an email once your refund has been processed.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. While we try and process refunds within days of items arriving back to our warehouse, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If there is any problem with your order please contact admin@watsonbrosgunmakers.com . Please include your order number with any item you return. It’s also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (sent via email) and a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

EXCHANGING ITEMS

If you would like to exchange an item, the best thing to do is place an order for the new item you want, and then return the items you don’t want for a refund. It would helpful if you could indicate this via email.
